Hydrogen Crack Formed in Welding..

The moisture has the molecular formula H2O. when we start the welding the oxygen will evaporate the H2 will split into two, when the weld pool cool it H+H=H2  it will went out in the weaker area.

It cause the cracks and worm holes in the welding  

So Engineers recommend to Pre heat the material and use the low hydrogen electrodes
